Jack Latimer has been a dedicated real estate professional with REMAX since 2007, helping buyers and sellers navigate the markets of Simcoe County and Muskoka. A proud Orillia native, Jack brings a deep appreciation for the community he calls home — and a lifelong commitment to contributing to its growth and well‑being. In 2012, his service was honoured with the Queen Elizabeth II Diamond Jubilee Medal.
Before entering real estate, Jack spent over 40 years in radio broadcasting, both in management and on-air. His work connected him with thousands across the region and supported countless local initiatives. In 2000, he received the Canadian Association of Broadcasters Golden Ribbon Award for Outstanding Community Service.
Community involvement continues to be central to Jack’s life. He has served on the Building Hope campaign and on both the board and advisory board of The Lighthouse in Orillia, an organization supporting the homeless and vulnerable. On Sundays, you’ll often find him volunteering at Connexus Church on King Street.
Jack’s mission has always been simple: help people. That same heart guides his real estate practice today. He is committed to exceptional service, ensuring clients feel confident saying to others, “Get Jack!” when they need trusted real estate support.
