I will complete a market analysis of homes that are similar to yours, providing you with details of homes currently listed, homes that have recently sold and homes that have not sold, providing the foundation of establishing a listing price. 

  Staging Presentation

I will review staging requirements to ensure your home is prepared to showcase the strengths and prevent any unnecessary negative focal points. 

  Expectations Analysis 

I will review with you a working plan of “Communication & Actions” to ensure I meet your expectations. 

Advertising

I will ensure your home is accurately presented through Multiple Listing Services (Realtor.ca), schedule as necessary a RE/MAX Agent showcase tour, advertise your home in local real estate publications (as outlined in your personal Expectations Analysis), with your approval and if determined to be beneficial develop a video tour of your home for this website, promote your home through RE/MAX.CA and REMAXORILLIA.COM and schedule and promote open house dates with your approval. 

Showing updates

I will contact you according to our Communications and Action plan and provide feedback on comments that potential buyers have made concerning your home. 

Market updates

I will provide you with updates on overall market changes and real estate activity that could be of interest to you..

Offer Representation

I will review  “Listing Agreement” details and “Offer” clauses to ensure you have a complete understanding throughout the listing, offer and selling stages. 

Satisfaction

I will be working not only to sell your home, but also earn your respect and trust so that you will refer me to others.

  -  I will not over-promise as to how much your home will sell for.  

 

  -  I will not tell you how quickly your home will sell. 

 

-  I will not tell you "no, you won't have to repaint", when in fact, you need to do certain things to sell at the price you want.

 

-  I will not make false promises "up front" just to get your business.

 

-  I will not lie, cheat or do anything unlawful to sell your home.
